Cebu, Philippines: Traveling for 20 Dollars a Day – Ep 15

We visit Cebu City, Philippines and have a full day of adventure riding jeepneys, exploring the Basilica Complex of Santo Nino, and visiting Magellan’s Cross, Fort San Pedro, Mango Square, Mactan, and many other spots. We also ate a ton of delicious Filipino food, including “pungko pungko,” and I got to experience the famous Larsian BBQ near Mango Square. In Hanoi, Vietnam, I got a buffet breakfast, beef pho, bun cha, ice cream, Vietnemese egg coffee, sugarcane juice, four Hanoi beers, a room in a hostel, and explored the entire Old Quarter and western side of the city, all in one day -and all for LESS THAN 15 DOLLARS. Saigon, Vietnam: Traveling for 20 Dollars a Day – Ep 12

In Saigon (Ho Chi Min City), Vietnam, I visit the Saigon Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum, Ben Thanh Market, Tao Dan Park, and a ton of other places. I eat a whole lot of Vietnamese food and street food, including the famous Bánh Mì Huỳnh Hoa, hang out with a bunch of locals, get a bed in a hostel dorm, and of course, drink dark & rich Vietnamese coffee and a couple Saigon beers – all for less than 20 bucks (445,000 VND). Sihanoukville, Cambodia: Traveling for 20 Dollars a Day – Ep 11
