We are in Hualien, Taiwan (花莲) for the third episode of Street Food Showdown! Two 石板烤肉 (shi ban kao rou) vendors at a beachside night market are Hualien natives, so this is truly a test of whose traditional cooking will reign supreme. Taiwan street food at a Taiwan night market is incredible, and now it’s a competition – YOU DECIDE who wins this contest!

- It was a special experience to be interviewed, to have such delicious food at this awesome nightmarket. What’s more, I’m quite glad to meet such a good friend Kevin, and again, thanks for cheering me up, like you said ” If it’s worthy to do then just do it” so I will do my best and take the risk!!!
- Meeting someone on a train while he is editing a video is a unique way to stumble upon a youtuber, thx for the card 🙂
- hahahahahaha Kevin, this is great. The commentary had me rolling and the food looked pretty tasty….well done! 🙂

- Just found this channel, seems great! I wish you could take the onions and fresh herbs of 1 and combine with the less fatty meat of 2!
- Hi Kevin, I’m leaving Taiwan/Taipei tomorrow! Actually, we went to the Tung Hua Street night market tonight and it was great! Also, the Shilin (士林)night market is very well known! Stay cool, I can’t wait to get back to dry CA 😜😘

- Gonna vote for vendor 2, crispy edges on fatty pork slices probably taste better than soggy fatty pork slices?
