- Oh my gosh, that barber did such a great job! MMMM, the food looked amazing. Are you planning to stay another year in China?
- Going to China in 2017, looking forward to it. Visiting 4 cities(Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Beijing), can’t wait for the experience. Thanks for replies. Love to go to all of those places, maybe next time.
- Fantastic work, Kevin. I absolutely love this $20 a Day series. Top notch video editing and soundtrack. And shout out to Curtis. Need more special appearances by him in the future.
- The best way of traveling is living one day like a local person, and you did that pretty well.
- I’m studying Chinese at university, and it’s so encouraging to see that foreigners can actually manage! I heard so many stories about people going to China after studying the language, and not understanding a thing haha so thanks 🙂
- I like it how you add English subtitles for when you’re speaking English and Chinese subtitles for when you’re speaking Chinese. I wish they would do this in movies.
- I saw this video on Hangzhou local News lol; if you guys have a Hangzhou public transportation card, I think you can save more on transportation; you can rent a bike, with first hour free on each ride, and 1-2kuai for all buses, 2-5kuai on metro, all means of public transport have 3 hour 2 kuai discounted transfer. Although that cannot help you get an accommodation, you may have 10-20 kuai left at the end for some night activities
- You have a great way to show how open-minded people are always the same, no matter what country. I can instantly (virtually) connect to almost everyone of your local consulants. Hope there would be more of us, we could change so much to the good. Peace, and one global understanding. (sorry for my english)
- Wow ! This is such a cool subscription to watch, im moving to china in a few months , for a year and ive never been
- Really enjoying these new videos Kevin, interesting to see how much you can do for such a small amount of money! nice to see you posting again on YouTube too 👍
